Policies - Rates and Reservations
Check
in is at 4:00 PM and check out is 12:00 Noon, although this is flexible
depending on bookings. A 4%
general excise tax and a 7.25% transient accommodations tax will be
applied to the rates. 5 day minimum stay.
For stays of less than 1 week there is a $75 cleaning charge.

Condo Rental Deposits
To
hold a reservation, a rental deposit equaling one half of the total
amount is required within 10 days after booking.
The balance is
due 30 days prior to arrival. An
additional security
deposit of $300 must
be received prior to
moving into the unit in order to protect against damages.
Cancellations
and Refunds
We
will gladly refund your rental deposit if you cancel your reservation
with no less than 30 days notice. Otherwise
the rental deposit is non-refundable. The security deposit
is refundable within 14 days of termination of the rental agreement.

Rates based on two adults and two children. Additional
guests at $15/day.
